The Lions Club of Coon Valley have purchased an Optelec ClearView+ machine which provides video magnification that makes it easy to see what you want to read. It allows you to enlarge materials to a more comfortable size or change the high contrast viewing modes for ease of reading. A local resident, Diane Elsen, has been experiencing vision issues that make it difficult for her to read printed material. The Lions decided to purchase this piece of equipment to make her life a little easier while adhering to our mission of preserving the gift of sight. Lions Bob Kerska, Bradley Role, and Gary Tricker delivered and set up the equipment at the Elsen home on Friday, October 14th.
